Our Ice Creams and most of our Gelatos contain Lactose, sugar, egg yolks, and have been prepared in a Kitchen that utilizes several varieties of Nuts, with the exception of peanuts. We are a peanut free facility. The Freezer that is used to freeze the products has never had nuts inside of it, rather the nuts are added to the finished product as it is ejected from the freezer. Some of our products, such as our Extra Brute Cocoa, and Nuts are packaged in a facility that also utilitzes peanuts, therefore, if a flavour contains nuts or chocolate we cannot guarantee it as peanut free. Extreme caution is always taken to avoid cross contamination, however if you or a family member has a nut allergy, please consult the ingredient list on each flavour to see which are guaranteed and which ones cannot be.
We clearly label if its a nut safe flavour right at the base of the list.
No additives or preservatives are ever added to Belly Ice Cream, nor are any prepared products utilized in any way (eg. marshmallows, prepared sauces, gelato flavouring pastes).
Sorbets are generally fruit, sugar, and water or Alcohol. Some products contain cheeses, however all are pasturized.
